Doff Brick Cleaning

DOFF Integra Steam Cleaning system cleans  brick and stonework by using high-temperature low pressure water and steam. 

Whilst using a high temperature, the pressure on the surface being cleaned is very gentle and the volume of water is low. The surface is therefore not saturated and will be dry within minutes.

The super-heated water vapor removes paint, moss, algae, fungi and other biological matter also killing off spores, the process is so effective that there is no need to use a chemical biocide during the removal process or as a protection against further biological activity.

Properties with just a ground floor will not required scaffolding, 1st floor and above floors for brick cleaning will need scaffolding erected prior to the work commencing in order to reach the whole property.

The step by step process of how we conduct our brick cleaning and paint removal is as follows;

Step 1 -  protect the windows, floors, doors with a protective also protective of all areas 

Step 2 - electric and water supply is connected and set up to the DOFF integral cleaning system 

Step 3  - steam cleaning commences 

Step 4 - premises and surroundings is washed down general clean up

Step 5 - work is checked over to ensure the client is satisfied 

Step 6 - scaffolding is scheduled to be taken down 

Please note all alarms/lights and anything else fixed to the walls that we will be working on, is advised to be removed prior to the work being completed, anything attached to walls if damaged is not the liability of Brick Cleaning Company Ltd and are completely at the owners risk.
