Properties with just a ground floor will not require scaffolding, 1st floor and above will need scaffolding erected prior to the work commencing.

The step by step process of how we conduct our brick cleaning and paint removal is as follows;

Step 1 - protect the windows, floors, doors with a protective to protect all areas 

Step 2 - electric and water supply is connected and set up to the DOFF integral cleaning system

Step 3 -  a paint stipper is applied 

Step 4 - the area is covered with protective covering and left to dwell for three days in a bio degradable paint stripper, ground/plants and grass are all protected 

Step 5  -  after three days the remaining areas are steamed 

Step 6 - all waste is collected and removed daily and end of each day 

Step 7 - premises and surroundings are washed down with a general clean up with all waste collected and removed daily 

Step 8 -  work is checked over to ensure the client is satisfied 

Step 9 - scaffolding is scheduled to be taken down

Please note all alarms/lights and anything else fixed to the walls that we will be working on, is advised to be removed prior to the work being completed, anything attached to walls if damaged is not the liability of Brick Cleaning Company Ltd and are completely at the owners risk.
